Rosie’s Yoga & Reiki

Rosie’s Yoga and Reiki aims to help you find inner peace and relaxation, restoring your body, mind, and spirit. 

Rosie combines her yoga and Reiki practices to support others on their well-being journey. With over 30 years as an NHS nurse, she brings a compassionate, holistic approach to her work. Having practiced yoga and Reiki since 2011, she began teaching Reiki in 2013 and yoga in 2024. Rosie offers Hatha Yoga classes for all levels, 1:1 yoga, corporate yoga and relaxation, as well as Reiki healing sessions and courses (Reiki 1 and Reiki 2).
